Coming Events

The Elgin Alliance to End Violence is pleased to present a conference featuring Dr. Leeno Karumanchery as the keynote speaker.

“Today, there is no question that diversity training is of vital
importance to organizations. With increased diversity awareness and skills,
staff can interact with colleagues and clients in the manner that is productive
and mutually beneficial.  The key
objective of diversity training is to increase participant self-awareness about
the reality of diversity, equity and oppression relative to their personal biases,
fears, and experiences.”
