On December 16th, Bonnie Vowel General Manager of McNeil Insurance in Dutton gave 40 plus blankets for families staying in Women’s Place – Elgin’s Emergency Shelter. Bonnie and her office colleagues also purchased themselves 10 sets of personal care and gift items for women fleeing violence in their homes. On behalf of the women and children we serve – thank you!
